Reviews and Ratings
I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, although they were a bit smaller than I expected compared to other Paradores. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. However, the overly bright lighting in the dining area took away from the beautiful natural surroundings. The air conditioning in the rooms was excellent, and the bathrooms were spacious and well-appointed.
I just had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The valley view from the room with a balcony was absolutely stunning, offering beautiful views across the town of Vielha. However, the room itself was a bit small and could use some updating, but the round design with windows all around did make the most of the views.
The hotel rooms shared a door with a family but were comfortable and large, making the most of the surrounding views. The service was a mix of nerviousness and helpfulness, with great service in the restaurant despite limited staffing. The location, slightly out of town, offered panoramic views of the mountains. The dining experience was good with fantastic options, though not value for money. The hotel lacked facilities but was on par with pricing.
