I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, although they were a bit smaller than I expected compared to other Paradores. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. However, the overly bright lighting in the dining area took away from the beautiful natural surroundings. The air conditioning in the rooms was excellent, and the bathrooms were spacious and well-appointed.

I found the service to be excellent, with friendly and informed staff. They even made sure to inform me about parking for motorcycles, which was a thoughtful touch.

I just had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The valley view from the room with a balcony was absolutely stunning, offering beautiful views across the town of Vielha. However, the room itself was a bit small and could use some updating, but the round design with windows all around did make the most of the views.

The location was a bit noisy due to the hotel standing in the middle of a hairpin road, but the outdoor views of the valley below and the snowy mountains beyond were breathtaking, especially from the restaurant.
